All orders ship from our Sacramento or Los Angeles locations on the next business day from order placement.

Tracking information will be emailed on the shipping date of your order. We utilize UPS, FED EX, Freight Forwarder and USPS to ensure the most competitive rates for your order.  In most cases shipments will be delivered within 3 business days unless otherwise stipulated.

Free customer pickup is available at Los Angeles and Sacramento locations, pickups are available from 8:00AM – 4:00PM (PST), please call to schedule your pickup time by calling (530) 478-0238.

International Shipping

Returns

If not completely satisfied with your order, returns and exchanges are available within 30 days of receipt of your order. A full refund less shipping and handling charges and a 10% restocking fee will be processed upon receipt of returned goods. Before returning it is necessary to obtain a Return Authorization Code from Humidi.co. Custom products are nonrefundable.

If a product arrives at its destination damaged or damaged in transit, contact us for return instructions.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as the risk of loss or damage to the product prior to the receipt of the product by Humidi.co
